Provider

MyCanva is operated by snekmedia GmbH, Rüdigergasse 23/9, 1050 Wien, Austria (FN 600545f, Landesgericht St. Pölten, VAT ID ATU79264626). See the Impressum for full details. Austrian law applies; for consumers, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyCanva, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Acceptable Use

You may not use MyCanva to generate illegal content, harass others, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create on MyCanva. AI-generated content is licensed to you for personal and commercial use. We do not claim ownership of your boards or generated content.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider Stripe. Prices shown to consumers in the EU include VAT; VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing address. Businesses with a valid EU VAT ID can enter it at checkout for reverse-charge invoicing. You receive an invoice by email for every payment. You can cancel at any time from Plan & credits; the plan then ends at the close of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Credit top-ups are one-time purchases. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over.

Right of Withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. MyCanva is a digital service that starts immediately after payment. At checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service has started, in line with § 18 FAGG (Austria) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To withdraw before the service starts, send a clear statement to office@snekmedia.com. You may use this model text: "I hereby withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following service: [plan or credit pack], ordered on [date], name, address, date."

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MyCanva after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
